I've been fortunate over the years to have a number of my images gain some recognition, including front-page features in The Press newspaper (yes, in the old days) for photos such as 'Pier in Lightning Storm,' 'Rodeo Rider Being Attacked by Bull,' and 'Woman Saved from Tall Building After Earthquake.' Over the last four decades many of my works were also published in various photographic magazines,  including National Geographic, which has been a wonderful opportunity to share my passion for storytelling through the lens. I've also been humbled to receive several awards for newborn photography, a genre that holds a very special place in my heart. Most recently, winning the 2024 portrait section of the SONY Australia and New Zealand Xmas competition was an unexpected and deeply appreciated honor.
